The Operators creates film, photography, CGI and animation for brands and organisations worldwide.

We work directly with brands or alongside agencies to design and produce visual work that combines storytelling, craft and precision.

Our model is built around flexibility. For every project, we assemble a bespoke mix of directors, artists and designers tailored to the creative and technical demands of the brief.

We don’t rely on fixed teams or predefined formats. Instead, we build each project from the ground up, drawing from a trusted network of specialist collaborators across film, photography, CGI, animation and post-production. This keeps us agile and focused on the quality of the final work.

Our focus is simple: strong ideas, executed with clarity and craft.

Alongside commercial work, we develop speculative projects that explore the evolution of visual communication. These act as a testing ground for new techniques and storytelling approaches, often leading to collaborations and commissioned work.
